AqualisBraemar ASA (ABL Group) has announced the successful acquisition of Ross Offshore, which is set to merge with ABL Group company AGR to bolster its expertise in wells, reservoirs, and marine & survey management. The acquisition, valued at NOK 100 million, was paid in cash from ABL’s reserves and credit facilities. This strategic move expands the ABL Group’s presence in Norway and strengthens its workforce with over 500 professionals.
